Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept online payments processed via iPaymu. Supported methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfer (virtual account), and e-wallets as provided by iPaymu. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

2. Currency & Pricing

All prices on this website are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment has been received through iPaymu;
  • After a successful transaction you will receive an automated email with the booking details and receipt;
  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our team for assistance.

4. Security

Payments are processed using iPaymu secure and encrypted systems. Sanur Surf does not store complete payment card details or customer payment credentials on our servers.

5. Failed or Incomplete Payments

Transactions that fail or remain incomplete may be automatically cancelled by iPaymu/Paypal. In such cases the booking will not be confirmed until a successful payment is received.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to be fair while protecting our limited product and service availability. The following terms apply to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Standard Cancellation Refunds

  • Full refund (100%) — cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity start time;
  • Partial refund (50%) — cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled activity;
  • No refund — cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows.

2. Weather & Safety

If we deem weather or sea conditions unsafe, we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule the activity. When rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

3. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction via iPaymu;
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider;
  • Any transaction fees charged by iPaymu, banks or payment providers are non-refundable.

4. Non-refundable Items

  • Discounted packages, promotional vouchers, and gift cards are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise;
  • No refunds will be issued for services already performed or product already used.
